Mark Huffstutler - CEO
Mark began flying as a teenager and has been in aviation and South Texas his whole adult life. Through a series of successful aviation business acquisitions, Mark began what is now known as Sierra Industries, Ltd., a world renowned Cessna Citation jet maintenance and modification facility in Uvalde, Texas. From these acquisitions, Mark continues to be actively involved in developing new products and services for the Cessna Citation product line. Forming Flightime Business Jets in the late 1990's was a natural extension of his activities in both the aviation field and in South Texas. Mark continues to fly each day as part of his business activities and believes that aviation is not only his profession but his passion as well.
Steve Guzek - President
Steve is an experienced pilot with over 21 years in the United States Air Force. He carries an Airline Transport Pilot rating and is certified to fly Citation 500 series aircrafts. Steve also holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration. Originally from Buffalo, NY, he entered the Air Force after graduating from Pennsylvania State University. While in the Air Force he gained a wide variety of flight experience as a Flight Test Engineer and was selected as a pilot candidate. Steve also held various leadership positions flying training and combat aircraft. His flight experience includes CE-500/550, A/T-38, T-38C, F-117, F-111 and RF-4 aircraft. He has extensive experience managing jet aircraft training, dispatch, scheduling and maintenance. Steve is responsible for continuing the company's growth and efficient management operations. Outside the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his family.
Ed Clark - Chief Pilot
Ed, a Nebraska native has over 25 years of experience in aviation with over 11,000 flight hours. Ed's background flying for the United States Navy as a civilian contractor, Military Airlift Command, United States Postal Service and Airborne Express. With over 10 years as FAR Part 135 Chief Pilot experience in all levels of executive transportation both domestically and internationally, Ed brings a vast about of experience to the company.
Tripp Holmgrain - Director of Sales & Marketing
A native of San Antonio, Texas, Tripp has nearly 25 years of prior sales and marketing experience with Coca-Cola, Nabisco, HEB and others. His specialties include brand development, promotion and writing copy. When not working, Tripp enjoys camping, hunting, flying and writing.

Alex Talarczyk - Director of Maintenance
Alex has been in the aviation community for 9 years and brings a wealth of aircraft maintenance experience to the company. Alex leads FlighTime's FAA regulatory compliance program. Prior to joining FlighTime, Alex spent five years with Cessna at their San Antonio Citation Service Center.
